This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The location advantages are great with stunning views, a beautiful swimming pool, and an amazing beach club. The room advantages were impressive, with spacious rooms and private facilities that added to the comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service at this hotel was exceptional, always helpful and welcoming.

The waiting times for most services were long, excluding the valet/luggage service. The bar/lounge area had low-quality food and long waiting times.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location right on the beach. The hotel offers a transfer to and from the beach club, which made it easy for us to enjoy the gorgeous Paiva beach. The breakfast was tasty and provided a good range of options, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Vacation Chill Spot

If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel is ideal. It is located in a quiet and secure area, and the bike lane right outside the hotel is perfect for strolls and bike rides. The rooms are very spacious, and the beach, just a short walk away, is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast, with plenty of Brazilian options, is great, and the service is exceptional. The infinity pool at the back of the hotel is a perfect spot for relaxation.

The hotel's dinner options could use some variety. Although the food tasted good, the room service menu was limited.

The facilities were amazing! The pool was clean, and the gym was well equipped. The staff were very accommodating, even lending us an umbrella when it rained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The room was a bit cramped, and the view was not as nice as we had hoped. the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey.

Although located in a remote, underprivileged area with little to no options for food or shopping, the beaches to the south of the hotel are worth exploring. The hotel boasts a great breakfast buffet and a luxurious restaurant, while the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Enjoy the excellent staff, Link@Sheraton powered by Microsoft, and the stunning view of the ocean.

The pool can sometimes be dirty and small, detracting from the hotel's otherwise excellent facilities.
